What we supply
Genuine Microsoft and equivalent software licences sourced via the Microsoft CSP programme and authorised distribution. Delivered electronically (activation key + COA) to the email address on the Order. Subject to the publisher's end-user licence agreement.

Pay-on-Account & late payment
Approved accounts may settle by BACS within their agreed Net-X terms. Overdue invoices automatically accrue statutory interest (8% over Bank of England base rate) and statutory compensation (£40 / £70 / £100 per overdue invoice depending on debt size) under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Reminders are sent at T−7, T−3, on due date, T+3, T+7 and T+14.

Authenticity & replacement
All licences sourced through authorised channels. Replacement key issued within 1 working day for any genuine activation failure reported within 30 days of delivery.
Returns & refunds
Digital licences are consumed on activation and are not refundable once the key is delivered, except for duplicate orders, mis-delivery, unresolvable activation failures or substitution rejections. Pre-delivery cancellation is always available; an administration fee may apply for bespoke quotes.
Liability cap
Our aggregate liability for any Order is limited to 100% of the net (ex-VAT) price paid for that Order. No liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data. Standard B2B carve-outs apply (death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).
