How long does business account approval take?▼
Most accounts are approved within 1–2 working days. If you only need quote-based purchasing (no 30-day terms), we can usually approve same day.
Can I buy without a credit check?▼
Yes — pay by card, BACS-on-order or Stripe and there’s no credit check. The credit check only applies if you want net-30 invoice terms.
Do you offer multi-year pricing?▼
Yes — for CSP we can quote annual, triennial or monthly NCE terms. Triennial typically saves 5-10% versus annual.
Can you handle CSP transitions from another partner?▼
Yes. We can migrate an existing CSP tenant subscription to ELITE as the partner of record — no service interruption.
Will I get a named account manager?▼
Above £10k annual spend, yes. Below that, you get our shared UK account team who all see your history.
Do you offer education / charity pricing?▼
Yes — eligible organisations get CSP Education or charity pricing. We’ll verify eligibility and apply it to your quotes.
How are payments processed?▼
Card (Stripe), BACS, or net-30 invoice for approved accounts. All UK Sterling, UK VAT, UK billing address on every invoice.
