Delivery Terms

How HULO Global Limited (trading as elite) delivers software licences ordered through elite-software.co.uk.

1. We deliver electronically

Every product we sell is a software licence. We do not ship physical media or boxes. After your order is accepted we email an activation key (a Certificate of Authenticity) to the email address on the order. That email is the delivery.

This applies on both elite-software.co.uk and license-dock.com.

2. How fast we deliver

Typical timings:

Lead times are estimates, not contractual deadlines, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

3. What gets delivered

The delivery email contains:

  • Your order code and a link to your account where the key(s) are also stored;
  • The activation key(s) / Certificate(s) of Authenticity for each licence;
  • Installation and activation instructions, or a link to them;
  • The VAT invoice (also viewable in your account).

Licence keys are also persisted to your account at /account/orders/ — you can retrieve them any time, even if the original email is lost.

4. Risk and title

Risk in the licence key passes to you on delivery (when we send the email). Title in the licence rights passes on full payment by cleared funds. You should not activate or distribute a key for which we have not yet been paid.

5. Where we don't deliver

We cannot fulfil orders where:

  • The customer or the destination is in a jurisdiction subject to UK, EU, US or UN sanctions affecting software exports;
  • The order fails our anti-fraud screening on a basis we cannot resolve;
  • The publisher's licensing terms exclude the destination or the buyer's use-case;
  • You are not the original purchaser or authorised contact (we will not redirect a delivery to a different email without verification).

Where we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund any payment in full.

6. If your delivery email doesn't arrive

  1. Check your spam / junk / quarantine folder. Activation-key emails are sometimes filtered by corporate anti-spam appliances. Mark them as “not spam” so future emails arrive cleanly.
  2. Add our sending domains to your safe-sender list: eliteenterprisesoftware.com and elite-software.co.uk.
  3. Check your account. Sign in at /account/orders/ — the licence key(s) for every order placed against your account are stored there.
  4. Contact us. If the key isn't in your inbox or your account within the typical window, email sales@eliteenterprisesoftware.com with the order code. We will re-issue the email or surface the key from your account record — same working day.

7. If activation fails

Report any activation failure within 30 days of delivery (later if the issue could not reasonably have been spotted earlier). We will issue a replacement key within one working day of you reporting it. 8. Business / wholesale deliveries

For business-to-business orders placed through the wholesale order pad or under an open Purchase Order, delivery follows the same electronic flow above. The order's PO number, cost-centre, project code, approver and delivery notes (where you've supplied them) appear on the order confirmation, invoice and licence-delivery emails so your AP team can reconcile.
